Voting With Hope

A Work in Progress

I started by using coloured and Quink ink on wet paper, then worked over the top with undiluted acrylic paint, sometimes dotted on using the brush handle. I put the background in last, not something I usually do. I thinned the yellow acrylic with water to work up to and over the outlines of the flowers and vase, in order to keep the blurry edges.
